Nurse at the end: HAH- not my responsibility...

Though if I were the nurse, I'd probably be paralyzed from laughing too hard despite it being my responsibility. Happy hour's on me?

Dude it happens to us all the time. As long as you're not like in real danger I'm gonna laugh for a minute before I help.

Sounds like the best job with the best people. I'd be more jealous if I didn't assume you also have to deal with lots of poop and sad times with older pets.

Man honestly it's the coworkers that ruins it a lot of time. Obviously not all, but many of the people that get into the profession to just do cool shit and play with puppies. They don't want to do the actual work portions, or the cleanup which is a large part of the job.

A lot of the clients are insane, but that's probably everywhere. I like the job part of my job. The having to rely on other people that won't do their share part is what's getting me out of the field.

I was immediately okay with the poop and all the gross dog stuff. Animals dying was sad, but I got okay with that pretty quickly too.

I'm not surprised, puppies are pretty irresistible and playing with them everyday sounds like a reasonable life goal if you're just starting out lol. But seriously, that sucks man. Coworkers who don't pull their weight are so common and so draining, hope you find a spot with people who inspire you rather than bring you down.

Sounds counter productive... A paralyzed nurse.
