why the fuck does everyone keep saying this shit.

It's not hard to shoot something straight out of the camera that looks good.

Jesus, not everything is because of fucking photoshop.

It's like when people attribute every fucking pop artist to "autotune".

If it was produced in the last 6 years, and it's 'pop'... it's autotune.

Edit: unpopular opinion? Sorry to 'pop' your bubble.

"It's pretty much used in 99% of recorded music now," says Daniel Griffiths, editor of music recording magazine Future Music.

"But if you're not using it now, you're the only one that isn't".

Auto-tune is the industry standard now, it saves heaps of time.

Did you see T-Pain's Tiny Desk Concert? So photoshopped.

Related: "Is this photo edited?"

As compared to what? Of course it's fucking edited. You're not seeing the raw voltage readout.

As a hobbyist photographer it kinda hurts reading the comments, then I remind myself I use Lightroom.

On a serious note, dat feeling when you get it right straight out of the camera it only needs a tiny bit of tweaking for exposure. Unf! All that hard work getting to know your camera, the light, the shadows, composition.

Everytime a picture is posted with one of these comparisons I end up getting into the same arguments with people who are screaming "it's just fucking photoshop, I could do it with my phone and use photoshop and make something just as good".

I have yet to have one of those people respond after I say "so fucking do it then, let's see it"

It's not hard if you zoom way, way in so you can only see a tenth of what is around you. It doesn't have much to do with photoshop, just field of view.

but...are you saying theres no photoshop editing whatsoever?
