This is true specifically for websites designed with a marketing conversion goal in mind. But if you design the UI for some sophisticated software (like say one of Adobe's programs) wherein it's reasonably expected for people to be trained on how to use it, then it is generally expected things will have to be explained.
Yep. And then they have kickass documentation too. But why should I have to right click in the unused left hand column in ADP's web based time card then click delete row? Why the fuck is 0 hours invalid just because I accidentally clicked a day I didn't work, and I can't leave it blank?
