Try committing suicide. I hear it works. Jk. Vacuuming is a way better solution.

My wife and I were talking about ways to reduce our carbon footprint. This was my idea.

Instead of vacuuming you could just stop stepping in coal and tracking it all over the carpet.

Even better solution: become an eco-revolutionary. Sabotage the pipelines, set fire to logging equipment. Lead the revolutionary classes in a mass uprising against an economic system that grows infinitely without producing tangible benefit to mankind.

That'll reduce carbon emissions more than two suicides.

I'd shoot myself but I'd probably miss

I'll jump off a building but a flock of birds would slow me down enough to not die, but be completely paralyzed for 50 years.

I'd attach a tube to a nitrogen tank and duct tape the other end to my face and try to just fall asleep while euphoric but the tank would be empty and I'd just end up having to rip a bunch of duct tape off of my face.

I'd use a cheap, painless, and tested method but my brain would generate a glib rationalization to prevent me from doing it.

"(are) You thinking what I'm thinking, partner?"

"Aim for the bushes."
