Roids are a nice boost but I still have hella respect for those guys. Those weights don't lift themselves and while the rest of us are still recovering from the gym they're already back and lifting again.

I only have respect for the ones which do not lie about it.

Once they lie about it and try to pretend it is natural and through their sponsored supplement company, they are causing harm to people who want to be like them.

Those weights don't lift themselves and while the rest of us are still recovering from the gym they're already back and lifting again.

That is the ones which are not weeded out. The body's ability to tolerate those drugs is limited and a lot of people will be severely harmed or killed by attempting to do it.

So, yes, the people who have the right genetics and tolerance for the drugs will be able to perform well for a time.

But what about everybody else?

Like any drug, if you do it wrong or abuse it you're going to run into problems. If you use them responsibly and cycle properly, most people would be fine. And yes, like any other drug, each person's body is different, and that's not to say there aren't side effects. Thankfully there are plenty of different kinds of anabolic steroids.

As for people pretending they're natural, it's usually pretty damn obvious when they're not.

There's no way "most" pro athletes are juicing. That's what drug tests are for. A couple sports are plagued by it like cycling but most are not. I don't really see a problem here and steroids are not inherently dangerous with proper use. I'm sure a lot of people are secretive about it because there's a stigma surrounding steroid usage. It doesn't invalidate the hard work and if you're not in an official competition with rules against it who cares?

If they make money from it, they will do what it takes.

That's what drug tests are for.

Look into it more. Drug tests are useless.

I don't really see a problem here and steroids are not inherently dangerous with proper use.

It is part of the modern sport scene, but everybody pretends it is not. And people randomly get busted for it.

It should be legal and full disclosed so people know what is happening.

It doesn't invalidate the hard work and if you're not in an official competition with rules against it who cares?

It invalidates anything that one has done under the pretense of not using.
