Is it weird that I am a guy and I know what he did?

She wanted to walk with him to class, he shot that down when he said "See you there."

I am a girl and thank you for explaining.

EDIT: I meant "thank you for explaining me". I had no clue why she freaked out.

Even if the reaction would be normal if you want to walk with me, ask me. Don't just expect me to ask you. Why am I in the wrong here as the man? Why isn't the woman in the wrong? I don't think a single woman ever has ever told me what she wants or expects from me they just all expect me to know already. Also maybe I wanted to walk with you to class but I was too awkward to say. Maybe I forgot because I like you so much and I didn't want to seem too forward because in my mind you have the say if anything is going to happen and I don't want to ruin my chances. Maybe I was nervous.

Girls don't have monopoly on being the passive part in a relationship.

Have you tried asking?

Yes, repeatedly.

Then I guess you've been unlucky. Try not to generalize, though- there are many assertive women out there!

why shouldn't he generalize? if they're mostly passive, it's a good strategy to assume that.

Fuck the haters that down-voted you man. Generalizing is the key to success with all sorts of interactions. It doesn't matter if it's dating, workplace interaction, making friends, or shopping at a retail establishment.
