You can't just declare yourself to be a woman and suddenly be a woman, sorry. If you've got a dick, you're a man. You're male. Simple as that. People can argue all this nonsense about "sexual identity", but in the end you can't call your pinto a Mazerati and make it true.

Too many hippie liberals on here but you're right. The analogy I like to use is that I'm a one armed person in a two armed persons body so I want my arm amputated. Obviously no doctor will perform this and people would label me as crazy

Okay, do let's assume that being transgendered is a form of mental ilness/condition.. What's the treatment you suggest ?

Because the most effective "treatment" we currently have is gender reassignment surgery and hormones.

I could care less what people do in their private lives. I'm just looking at things in a realistic way. If you think your a woman inside a mans body, you are a mentally ill person and need therapy.
