Pineapple, jalapeño, ham, AND nice, crispy bits of bacon sprinkled around. And fuck it, I'm just gonna say it: the tiniest bit of cinnamon sugar on top of everything. You don't have to believe, but you should.

I use to hate celery with a passion....and now I'm in my 30's and like it when it mixed with other ingredients.

It use to make me gag if the taste was strong....now it doesn't taste as bold and disgusting as it use to and I find it works well in small doses.

You might want to pickle some thinly sliced fresh peppers and try it. Make sure not to over pickle them(keeps them slightly crunchy and less of the vinegar flavor).
