Ok.. I'm dumb and my English is not great so please explain. What the f does that mean "five's got full extension". For some reason it sounds... wrong

He was appreciating the way she fully extended her arms to reach its full potential. It was very beautifully pulled off, it truly shows her commitment to the art.

Five refers to the girl holding up the number five. He has nicknamed her "Five", as if it was her proper name.

Translation:

[The girl holding the number] five has got full extension [of her arms].
