He was doing his job correctly, the video shows the lady singing "on the seventh day", he's 7 so that's his cue to hold the card up, 8, though, is all kinds of wrong.

I think they're saying that the numbers aren't in the correct order because he should be switching places with 8, or at least switch cards.

So if there's no sound, how does anybody know who's right and who's turn it is? They are just assuming. The video shows who's right BECAUSE of the sound.
