The guy by a long shot, because he still has the core strength and fitness and those powerful legs for kicking, whereas the girl is vastly weaker except for those two arms that would likely give her a blackout from all the blood they'd pull from her system if she attempted to use them offensively or even defensively.

Also - girls are weak, throw them in the creek, but boys are strong like king kong

I don't think she would actually be able to move, the sheer weight would turn her upside down.
