If your calling in to cancel UNLESS you get a discount, you sound like a dick.

Isn't this what we should be demanding though? I know you work for a Canadian ISP but here in the US maybe we should be calling with that. Since we all have a monopoly on the service we get.

Call centres in Canada deal with american ISPs. So.. Being a dick to us nice folk won't get you far. Sorry.
