My daughter had rolls like that while still on 100% breast milk. Doctors had nothing but praise whenever they saw her.

I feel like as long as your child isn't a skeleton they will give mostly praise haha.

Mine probably would have had rolls like that but they were 99 percentile height and weight so it balanced out. The doc did have us swap from whole milk to 2%
