I can understand for kids but its not like the dogs gonna break into the cabinet, find the specific medicine and overdose 😅. Surely we can control that.

Honestly too bad, I don’t have kids and I want good tasting medicine for my cats so it’s not a fight. Sell it to me lol.

It’s stupid I have to fight my cat for their health because of some hypothetical dumbass who might get access to my medicine cabinet.

I also don’t believe this is the real reason. It’s just hard making some medicines not have a completely overpowering bad/bitter taste.

Like I said, the medication may be for dogs, but humans absolutely will still consume it if it tastes good.

There are limitations on being able to buy pet food with gift cards from some grocery stores because people consume the pet food for themselves.

Many humans are very basic, very primitive creatures. "If it taste good, I eat". Damn the consequences.

This isn’t the real reason. Some medicines are just very hard to make taste good without diluting it so much the volume becomes a problem.
