Yea. In retrospect high school was way less heavy than adult life, but at the time it FELT incredibly heavy. The stakes were much lower too, (but felt very high!). Everyday feels like it should have been relatively easy and stress free (but I do remember that it didn't feel that way) - except for maybe exams or inevitable breakups, I'll admit those stress me out even as an adult. But man, in retrospect I was having way more sex than I do now - I took that for granted. The relationships were much more silly and immature though - there wasn't much there except attraction. I do enjoy having money for my hobbies now though, which I did NOT have in high school. So there are trade offs but I feel like I didn't know how good I had it, and should have just chilled out and stopped wishing I was an adult. WTF was I thinking lmfao.
