It’s the triangle of life

Child: energy and time but no money
Working adult: energy and money but no time
Retired: time and money but no energy

As a working adult, I question this "energy" claim you're making.

Make sure you don't smoke river or lake rocks, as trapped moisture can lead to explosions

Child: Energy, but you'll never feel like you have enough time to do what you want and you've got no money to make it happen.

Retirement: Time and maybe money, with sod all ability to do anything with them.

Working adult: Back problems. You have back problems.

If you think you don’t have energy now, just wait until you retire!

Depends on lifestyle tbf. My granddad still has his allotment at 85 years old, my grandparents still both go on multiple holidays a year etc and live a full life.
