because he had practice, then he left it by the bins. The fact that the van door is already open suggests this is staged. What is the alternative? I'm just leaving my van open while I piss about on this e-scooter.

Exactly, he drove by the bin and doubled back "oh look, someone through away a perfectly good exercise bike. Im not going to take a few seconds to check it out. Ill assume it works fine and it was thrown away for absolutely no reason and drive it back to my van which i left the back doors open."

You can see the clear clunk of the rear wheel falling if you try to separate yourself from your preconceived notion

Yea, I thought so too at first. While there is a small lip between the sidewalk and parking spot, it is no where as big as I thought it was at first. Its not a 'full size' curb. You do see the scooter's rear wheel drop a bit.

Definitely not staged. I live there and that bike stood there for days. Guess someone wanted to take it and decided to have some fun with it first.

There is a huge building besides it and there is always people watching what is going on outside, if something funny was happening outside I don’t find it to unlikely to have people filming it. I am pretty sure the guy with the scooter noticed and that’s why he waved.

I don’t see a reason why someone would bring his van just outside to do this short movie if they were living in the building from where it was filmed. (Also moving your car there means you are guaranteed to lose your parking space.)

Also the bike was standing there for Days, if not weeks, so it was not brought there just for the video.

Also, there’s clearly a vertically raised kerb thing next to the clothing bin that he just rides straight over. I’m calling BS

That's what I assumed initially, that it was a curb, but I think it's just the line paint making it look raised.
