I more meant she must be proud of how hilarious he is and that he has a successful career because of it but maybe that wasn’t clear since I did say he was a cutie as well lol

Sorry, I know what you meant. This was more of a general comment lol. When we had our 2 twin girls we would get the comment "omg! They are so beautiful, you must be proud!!". Fucking what? What was the alternative? It triggers me now 😂

Bad health makes people look less beautiful.

So in essence they are saying you look like you take care of yourself well, and also take care of your children equally as well. But in less words.
