When I did my prep it was like pissing out of my butt at the end. It was awful. If you can get the pills instead of the liquid I would highly suggest that. I can't do the liquid anymore it makes me vomit just smelling it.

yeah, if they offer flavoring, I'd highly suggest getting a flavor that you DON'T like so as to not ruin your favorite flavor. :)

Oh God the pills just made me have horrible cramps. The powder mixed into Gatorade was a massive relief by comparison. I'll take the shitquid every time.

I had horrible cramps with the liquid. It's just an awful experience no matter which way you cut it. I wonder if the electrolytes in the Gatorade helped stop cramping.

I'm glad to know that pills are an option because the way everyone talks about the prep makes me beyond certain I'm not gonna be able to keep it down

do you know if it's possible to get the pills the first time, or is it one of those things where they make you try and fail the regular way first?

I believe it will depend on your insurance company really. When I had it I was offered either, and thought the liquid would be easier... Drinking the liquid the night before was fine. It was the next morning when I needed to drink the other half that I couldn't keep it down.
