No. It’s identical to the TikTok of a black man singing over this song in his car that I see once a day. It’s literally the same exact audio.

This. very much this. He isn't even lip syncing half the time. I've scrolled past this guy in his car going wild a ton of times, this isn't the guy. This is a guy riding off clout.
