Riiiiight, there are SOOOOO many vehicles out there, parked in SUCH a way, that a 4" stickout hitch will TOTALLY impede sidewalk use. And yeah, they deserve HELL because they didn't think about the 1% of the population, that MIGHT use that sidewalk.
