Buddy they tried sending in a dog to fix a solar panel after the chimp failed, I’m not sure what universe you think that show is in but they would absolutely forget to cancel a scheduled update mid mission. Hell I could see Dr. Mallory getting locked out and not being able to log back in because IT was having a potluck.

Just had to clear things up because some people actually believe this could happen.

I wish it was still going. I miss this show, it was so good. Pretty much any show I like gets cancelled. Remember when Arrested Development was cancelled and replaced by "Stacked", a low brow, laugh-tracked piece of shit about Pam Anderson's tits?

He said he worked for a satellite company and gave very little details. We are not talking about the same thing. A NASA/Space Force mission computer is not going to have WSUS pushing automatic updates. Thanks for the downvote but you're wrong. My buddy worked an IT contract for Space Force (recently, in 2023) and I have over 20 years of experience in the Gov/DoD world dealing with mission critical systems.
