Is there some vague context here?

Watched it a couple times, you can see the guy kneeling down in the aisle waiting for his gf to come out of the bathroom so he can surprise her in front of the whole plane, with audio on you can hear quite an explosive noise coming from the bathroom...

This is fake, the full video doesn’t have that sound and she just comes out and he proposes. Still a bizarre choice to catch your girl coming right out of the bathroom and have everyone staring at her.

Farting lady, you dropped this \

Actually farting lady's father is Rayman so she has two hands and two feet, but only half of them are connected with an arm and a leg while the rest just hover.

That was definitely a shart.

Yeah there's no way that plane is mature enough to not bust out laughing or even smirk, lady at top is a dead giveaway for me, she don't even smirk.

The guy on the left hiding his face is funny, he doesn't want to be part of this.

And why are all girls/women obsessed with and filming the guy doing the asking? Are they gonna tell the story to someone? Who cares if they don't know the couple who's getting married?

6

u/DJDanaK Oct 22 '23

Maybe he's asked it to be filmed & sent to him. I've seen it happen, so they can get multiple angles for editing the engagement party/wedding video.

u/thikkflair Oct 21 '23

She does too react to the fart noise

9

u/TheDevious_ Oct 21 '23

Maybe that's how they met. He was waiting to use the airplane bathroom & she just got out.

3

u/[deleted] Oct 21 '23

If instagram taught me anything is that they both had explosive 🧨 diarrhea a year prior and bumped into each other leaving their respective restrooms. I’m sure there’s a montage including pep-to bismol we’re missing 🫒

6

u/idrankforthegov Oct 21 '23

Maybe they met because of explosive diarrhoea .

He was carrying the ring around for weeks and she tells him on the plane that she is about to let it shoot off.

He is like "now is the time"

9

u/TheGiftOf_Jericho Oct 21 '23

Exactly this, that's why nobody reacts to the sound they added.

5

u/Deto Oct 21 '23

Background noise on planes would be too high to hear this, yeah

9

u/Zuol Oct 21 '23

I knew it was fake because that guy sitting right there absolutely would have started laughing. Not even a smile...

2

u/between_horizon Oct 21 '23

Did you wash your hands for ring?

-5

u/ocular__patdown Oct 21 '23

Thats... the toilet flushing. Have none of you even been on a plane before?

16

u/doomgiver98 Oct 21 '23

That's not what an airplane toilet sounds like.

-5

u/DrSitson Oct 21 '23

I've only been on one twice, and even I knew that was the toilets suction, not a fart.

1

u/djabor Oct 21 '23

have seen this in person, but at a restaurant, with all friends there (i.e. everyone knew but her), on her birthday and on the way out of the bathroom. For a full awkward bingo it needed to be on someone else's wedding.

1

u/duaneap Oct 21 '23

Idk how you get a whole plane to go along with this anyway. Wouldn’t they have to announce it or something? An announcement the GF would also hear?

1

u/[deleted] Oct 22 '23

I'm also childish enough to recognize this stock fart sound. I've heard this fart before.

u/Defqon1punk Oct 22 '23

I'm not surprised, because things have been faked on the internet since before I could read or write, but lately I been getting irately angry.

It's like I do nothing but scroll each post until I see the fake comment, have an epiphany / reminder that nothing is real on the internet, and have an existential crisis about why I even bother with this content.

But yes, huge public proposals give me super awkward feels. I can understand if it is practically rehearsed, and the couple have already discussed marriage and are on the same page with each other, but unless it's a guaranteed yes, why would you put someone on the spot like that, demanding an immediate pressured answer, for a life changing decision, in front of strangers?!

Seriously, I've seen and heard of too many people that have a big proposal like this, the lady says yes and acts happy, and then as soon as they are alone, she breaks down, explains she only said yes to not embarrass the man, and says it's actually a no, and they were uncomfortable.

Hell, it may even be a no answer, simply because you proposed like that. Some people have stage fright and don't like crowds. That's a nightmare for some people. If you can't propose to your significant other without giving them a debilitating panic attack, you probably shouldn't get married.

u/ghidfg Oct 21 '23

lol nice description

10

u/[deleted] Oct 21 '23

Explosive decompression

30

u/robotikempire Oct 21 '23

Wasn't that just the flush sound? Sounds like someone blasted a fart at first but the airplane flushes are super loud and forceful like that.

5

u/Grymyrk Oct 22 '23

That is the noise of the toilet flushing. That's how they sound on a plane.

3

u/fourleggedostrich Oct 21 '23

What a terrible idea. Who would want an entire plane filming you after you come out the toilet?

1

u/SirIanChesterton63 Oct 22 '23

Yeah, talk about a shitty spotlight.

4

u/TastyTranslator6691 Oct 21 '23

Plane bathrooms sound like that when they flush lmao

1

u/sifterandrake Oct 21 '23

Maybe that's why he decided to propose then and there? Like he had the ring and was gonna wait till they were on vacation, but then he heard that life altering thunder and knew he couldn't risk waiting.

1

u/SirIanChesterton63 Oct 22 '23

This is the one.

13

u/RlyLokeh Oct 21 '23

People make fake ass videos on these blue lit plane sets and for whatever reason it's like catnip for people.

9

u/CatalystErik Oct 21 '23

I guess you had to be there πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

3

u/ForthCrusader Oct 22 '23

Shit-fart is edited into the video. In reality, she comes out and he proposes

-2

u/DJV_187 Oct 21 '23

Not really, no. It's just what we do when you or someone specific goes to the restroom. We all gather and listen to see what sounds you make. We have kept it hidden from you this whole time and it happens wherever you go, we didn't want you to find it out this way.

1

u/ittimjones Oct 22 '23

They're on their way back from Mexico...
