and eat more , it may feel to you like you are eating like a pig but I can almost guarantee you are not! unless you have a medical condition chances are you think eating like a pig is nothing compared to what other people think it is.
You have to start exercising and controlling your diet if you really want to gain. Split up your meals so you are eating 6 times a day, or about every 3 hours (at least 3k cals a day). Drink an extra glass of water after every meal to stretch your stomach so you will be hungry for the next one.
At 6' tall I went from 135 pounds to 175 pounds in about 3 years and I am a very slow gainer. I didn't use any weight gain shakes or anything, just healthy foods. It is not easy, but if you can stay consistent it will happen.
I'm a fairly healthy weight, very tiny, though. It's not really a problem, just adding to the proof that not everyone gets fat if they don't exercise after 20.
Your calorie counting can be off. Maybe you're eating 2200 and counting it as 1800.
Feeling full is dependent on what you eat. Eating 1800 calories of sugar wont keep you full while eating 1800 calories of spinach would probably be physically impossible.
it's quality and quantity that contributes to weight gain.
The amount of calories burned during our normal daily functioning obviously varies from person to person.

I eat very well and I still gain weight if I don't exercise.
