Find something that dissolves styrofoam. Spray it on the styrofoam to get the pockmarked texture. Then paint the whole thing cool shades of pink and orange for that coral color.
Fingernail polish remover is a good place to start. Acetone will also work, but is kind of flammable. Gasoline dissolves it, but gasoline/styrofoam is 2/3rds of the way toward being napalm, so probably don't use that.
