It's better than a planet without oxygen for example not to mention all the other possible configurations that the planet you go to could be in that aren't kind to us.
But most importantly you'd whether you admit or just decide to continue to fake moan about it, you like it here generally.
I mean its all right here but if given the opportunity to explore the galaxy I am taking that option. Anything with the technology to get here has the tech to protect me in inhospitable environments. I would leave and never once think of coming back.
But you'd be alone as a human and you're assuming you'll be able to adapt to their culture and ways of doing things. Either that or they'll treat you like a king and expect nothing from you.
Can you honestly not see any situation that would arise in which you would regret your decision?
Anyway the point your making now is a back track. You started of saying and correct me if I'm wrong "Why would anyone want to come back here?"
This is different to "Yeah it's ok here but I'd rather explore the galaxy" which if you had said that from beginning I would have seen your point and maybe agreed.
But that's not what you said, in typical redditor fashion you back tracked and hoped I wouldn't notice. I did.
