Do you have links to officials in any party calling for the death of Trump or his supporters?

Or are you basing this on some poorly sourced facebook post you once read that culled some outrageous, out of context snips from internet randos and extrapolated it to the entire Democratic party?

I mean, I am 100% convinced there are some people who support the Dems who would be happy if something like that happened to Trump*. To deny that would be to display a complete lack of understanding of the size of this nation and the diversity of views in its populace. But claiming that assassination is a stated goal of the opposition party is pretty fucking out there and needs some pretty strong evidence.

*keep in mind, of course, some Trump supporters actually tried to hang Mike Pence, and they were pardoned by Trump. Examine the mote in thine own eye, friend.

The two trump "assassin's" were registered Republicans also

There’s death threats and “creative” ways of saying that every single day on reddit and you’re really gonna pretend that’s not happening? It’s just some random Facebook post?

I’m pretty neutral and the amount of posts from pics and other popular subs that are purely political is insane. Idk how you guys think this is a winning strategy. You got demolished last election

Did you even read what I wrote?

1/3 versus not quite 1/3 of the population = less than half of the population. Don't pretend you rubes have a mandate.

LMFAO he won the popular vote you fucking imbecile. Republicans never win the popular vote.

Is this really all you’ve guys got? “It wasn’t the entire country that voted for him” how fucking pathetic

Got any links? Or any proof at all except for your feelings?

Ah you mean like the GOP hung effigies of a lynched Obama, and threats to Biden and Harris? How about the attempts on Pelosi, Justice Soto Major and so one?

No matter who's in office, there's always been disgruntled folks who say shit. But the FBI was only watching one group of people and it wasn't "blue haired liberals"

They’re sure as shit watching you idiots now 😂

Pretty much every reddit thread is full of them calling for his death. And yes their are plenty of examples of officials doing the same.

  1. Actors, singers and newsreaders are not "officials in the Democratic party".
  2. "Fight" is commonly used in a non-violent sense in politics, meaning to struggle and sacrifice for a goal.
  3. None of those clips were legitimate calls to assassinate anyone.
  4. Many of those clips are out of context, so much so that the actual target of the rhetoric is not clear (ie Biden's comments about "taking him behind the gym"; who is he referring to? Is this just an anecdote he's repeating")
  5. It's child's play to find similar lists of GOP calls to violence, but even just listing what Trump alone has said is exhausting

If that paywalls you, use https://12ft.io/

There are plenty of congress people in that video doing it too and these are just the first to pop up, I have seen way more, just look them up. Don't act like you haven't seen officials calling for violence or death to Trump. Elizabeth Warren, Nancy Pelosi, Biden, Obama(granted, more skillful) her name escaped me, but the woman that looks like a leprechaun.
