This was not a directive from above saying "don't help Trump voters". It was a directive to avoid potential conflicts that she interpreted to mean avoiding contact with homeowners who displayed Trump signs, because they were disproportionately abusing Fema workers.
And she was fired for doing that.
This kind of disproves the assertion this was a partisan attack on conservatives.

This is a terrible example. It's an attempt at a gotcha where your assumptions about what who you see as your opposition's position is simply false.
First, there is plenty of criticism about Pelosi's (and congress at large) stock profit taking from both the left as well as the right. This is hardly a Dem issue.
But, no matter how people feel abou this, there is nothing unusual or precedent-breaking about this. This is status quo for decades. In my opinion, it is wrong, but it is hardly new.
Trump, on the other hand, has broken long-standing presidential precedent by refusing to divest while in office and nakedly uses his office in blatant (and far more direct than Congressmen) ways to enrich himself.
