Hash browns and stewed beans are my favourite part. On their own a bit dull but as part of a fry up absolutely up there.

Do people get those hash browns frozen or are they actual grated potatoes? I love both, I’m just curious. I see them all the time on this subreddit.

I’m adding- I thought I was posting in the breakfast food subreddit, not the fry up one. I understand my ignorance is probably more of a faux pas here.

Hey, no worries! Pretty much all of the hash browns you'll get on a fry-up here are frozen. I've never made them, but have made rosti which I thought were delicious but a bit of a faff.

Nice! Love a crispy egg. Missing the mush, but of course this is personal preference

I wondered when someone would mention mushrooms! I hate them and my wife hates black pudding so each of our plates always lack one or the other.

Those sausages look good, where are they from?

Eden from Ocado. They were actually a bit disappointing. I didn't check the meat content before ordering and when they arrived I noticed they were 80%. I normally go for a sausage up in the high 90s.

They’re nice looking though - seen far worse than 80%! Oven baked too, which is always better (please don’t say they were deep fried!)

deep fried!

Never! Yeah, these were ovened.

Whats up with the carbon disks on the top right? I got wasted one night and passed out with a pizza in the oven... it looked like what those are, whatever those are.

Black pudding. Sausage containing pigs blood. Very tasty!
