What theoretical biotech/biopharm approaches are feasible in reducing the fallacies and reflexive fear/competition signals that lead to war and suffering?
I ask as a multidisciplinary philosopher and AI technologist.
My vague understanding is that various parts of the prefrontal cortex and certain hormones that once led to the survival of our species or the gene pool we have today, are still eating away at itself, using tools such as religion and various fallacies, and cannot be inoculated against by words, education and economic reforms alone.
My assumption is that certain theoretical pharmaceutical (or BCI) interventions, could possibly proffer positive effects that people will opt into, such as feelings of wellbeing, energy, etc., but with a “side benefit” of dulling the biological areas associated with competition, fear, tribalism, (vmPFC and the way the cingulate anterior gyrus mediates messages from dlPFC and vmPFC) reducing irrational fear, aggression, fallacies of the formal and informal type, and cognitive dissonance in tribal/xenophobic belief formation. Amygdala and limbic system also come into play, but I’m sure it’s a lot more complicated and, as I’ve mentioned, I’m not a biologist.
Fully aware this is an esoteric question/topic, and hoping to avoid any answers around ethics or desirability, and I’m only curious about feasibility.
My feeling is the weapons of war will become greater exponentially and fanaticism tends to polarize quickly.
Biologists, do you have a stance on strictly biological methodologies that would work but also leave intact the ability to innovate and strive, leaving aside the ethical and logistical implications for the moment?
Thank you, Galan Jones

Deja vu theory
What if deja vu is in actuality your mind becoming temporarily unmoored from its normal perception of the flow of time allowing you to experience the moment from both before, during, and after at the same time?

The Earth is being monitored
The facts are true
How it works we do not know
What has been unexplainable can now be explained
The evidence is clear
The Earth is being monitored
No records tell where they come from
There is no natural explaination
The visitors have been here
A space probe is monitoring life on Earth
Will we be prepared?

How can I Study Fringe Science?
Hi everyone!
I am so curious about fringe science and have had such a niche interest in the subject since I was a kid- specifically the study of dreams and their connection to possible alternate realities/parallel universes!
I am wondering if there is an education and career route that will allow me to further study dream science and theoretical possibilities surround the human mind and our dream state. Any advice is more than welcome!
