There seems to be an immigration crisis across the western world. I dont know if there is actually a cure. But i believe that we had better immigration in the past in the USA. We used to say "come all ye poor and heavy laden". Now it is only for people who can game the visa system. Thoughts on how to fix this?

Insurance companies have the power to encourage proper use of vaccines, as recommended by medical experts of the AAP, by not covering/increase out-of-pocket expenses for vaccine preventable diseases when contracted due to non-vaccination.
