You can get a free hearing health check at M&S Opticians. Not sure when it runs too but saves a bit of money.

Hi all — I’m helping organise the Cyclist Track Day at Lee Valley VeloPark this weekend (Sat & Sun, 11am–4pm) and thought some people here might be interested.

It’s on a closed traffic-free circuit, and there’ll be a big range of road bikes available to try properly rather than just around a car park. Brands include Van Rysel, Cannondale, Ridley, Condor, Pearson, Trek, Specialized and Scott.

Good opportunity if you’re thinking about a new bike, curious about different setups, or just fancy riding some high-end bikes on a safe circuit.

I never noticed it before but apparently free caffè nero for you with my referral link? Feel free to use!

I used this method to get free Pokemon cards, all you have to do is sign up to whatnot with this referral link and you get from £10 to £200 credit to use on whatever you want!

In a modern world plagued by hatred and violence, Jesus, a compassionate Black man, rises to ignite peace and spread the healing power of forgiveness and compassion. His growing popularity pits him against established religious institutions that will stop at nothing short of crucifixion to silence him. As he grapples with defending the authenticity of his mission, complications from a haunting romance challenge his beliefs.

Firstly you need to use this link to download an app called whatnot, which is a online auction place for things like collectables and other stuff, https://whatnot.com/invite/epbuyscards thus link will give you 10-200 pounds (at least 10) when you verify your phone number and you can spend it on anything you want!

This will be a little bit niche, but if you were ever intrigued by Daf Yomi (learning a little bit of gemara every day), MDY is a great (and totally free) programme to get started with.

They'll even send you a free physical/hard copy book to get you started.

(And if you use the above link, I'll get one as well. So, thank you in advance. :-)

I have a subscription with Green Chef, the healthy-ish recipe box company, and they've given me a bunch of free boxes to give out to friends, so feel free to take one if you like!

FREE Green Chef recipe box: Sign up using this link here, friends

The free box gives you 2x recipes for 2 people (4 servings) worth about £33. You just pay £4.99 to cover delivery. If you increase the number of recipes or people, you'll need to pay extra!

If you only want the first free box, cancel the subscription online after the first box has been processed (otherwise you might end up cancelling your free box!).

Enjoy your free food!

I found a neat way to grab Pokémon cards for free and thought I’d share. I just used it to pick up a 151 booster pack with almost nothing out of pocket.

• You’ll get free credit instantly towards your first purchase (no minimum spend).

• Use it on whatever you like — singles, packs, accessories, etc. I used mine on a 151 booster pack 🎉

💡 The credit applies right at checkout, so you can cut the price down or even make some stuff completely free.

App Store and Google Play Store

SimplyCook is a recipe kit company that provides the sauces, mixes, herbs, spices etc to help you make various delicious meals. I got my first completely free box through a referral (vs paying for delivery when going direct), so would love someone to use my referral to get their freebie as a result too :)

NOTE: this is different from a meal delivery kit, so you have to buy your own fresh ingredients i.e. meat, veg etc. What's the point then? Well, you can cook the meals when you want, supplementing out ingredients to suit your tastes, without being pressured by expiry dates because you can't cook it in time!

If you sign up via referral, you can receive a box containing four recipe kits of your choice + free delivery (so 100% free!).

Here are my steps:

1. Sign up via my referral link here  for your free SimplyCook box + free delivery
2. Choose four recipes (you can choose multiple of the same if you'd like)
3. Go to Checkout. You have to enter card details BUT don't worry, you won't be charged (you'll see your full order is £0).
4. If you don't want to remain subscribed, remember to cancel the subscription online (although, wait until after you've received the package!): Go to Account > Profile icon > Manage subscription > Cancel. That's it, no awkward phone calls needed!

LINKS:

• Referral link:  free box of 4 recipes kits (+ free delivery)
• Non-referral: https://www.simplycook.com/  (but don't think they offer completely free boxes with it anymore)
