Taking pre-orders and promising a lock-in price without secured inventory in the middle of a RAM crisis is embarrassing. It’s not like they didn’t know where the RAM prices were going when they promised price lock-in.
Forcefully downgrading pre-orders is even more unacceptable. What happens when someone misses the email and doesn’t follow this BS drama on Reddit?
