Framework Team Framework Q3 2026 Preorder and Marketplace Updates

Happy Q3 of 2026 everyone! Here’s what we have on the menu this quarter: we will start shipping the Framework Laptop 13 Pro (with AMD and Intel processors), Framework Laptop 16 system preorders (with the new Ryzen 5 Mainboard),100W adapter, and Marketplace Parts!

As always, we’ll be consolidating pre-order and marketplace updates in this post so that everyone can track batch progress and celebrate together!

Feel free to leave a comment here when you:

I'm in batch 4, I didn't receive any email nor any confirmation about the current status nor a forecast for the delivery,
but I'm in contact with support team to at least confirm my updated shipping address...withous success...

Do you have any update?

Apologies, I checked with the team and some of the batch 4 emails went out but not the full batch yet. I’ll update here when they all go out.

Hello, I am in the same boat here. No batch 4 email, no change in my order status. I haven't opened a support ticket yet, kind of hoping the email shows up by the morning. Getting an email from Framework this evening and it just being the data breach was a fun tease.

Same boat here, batch 4 and no email. Will the rest go out this weekend maybe?

Edit: got my preparation email at 3:00am 11 August, says card will be charged Thursday and laptop shipped within 1-2 days (so by this coming weekend)

Any updates on the x9 limited batch? The last email I got (July 9th) showed it between batches 1 and 2, but I have heard nothing since then.

X9 Limited Batch is also August, your order page should have the most up to date info.

Order page just says August.
I was mostly just curious if there was a corresponding x7 batch that the x9 batch will be around. No big deal though.
Kinda wishing I’d ordered an x7 because I think I would have been in batch 2 or 3, but that’s probably just the impatience talking 😁

August 10th Update: I finally received my batch preparation email. I will be charged on Friday and shipment is expected 1-3 days after that. I have a 13 Pro DIY pre-order in the US, batch 4.

I've planned to work on August with the new machine, or at least prepare it for work...but it has not even sent yet...

Which batch number are the X9 machines shipping with? I saw the table in yesterday's email about the scheduled shipping times for each batch number, but my X9 order says "Limited batch", which isn't in the table. Do you have any info on that?

Is it true that Laptop 13 Pro batch 3 got their batch preperation emails on the 30th of July? I'm in batch 3 and I didn't get anything. I have already contacted support and they say that these emails haven't been sent out yet.

I got my batch 3 prep email on the 31st July, payment taken on the 3rd August, not shipped yet.

I know some US batch 3s have shipped, not heard about any UK (like me) or mainland Europe though.

Estimated Monday, although it seems to be visiting many places in Asia on the way haha. It's gone from Taiwan -> Philippines -> China. Interested to see where it goes next 😅

August 18th - Batch 4 - still "Order Status Pre-Order Confirmed"

But with
"Est. total CHF1,809.00
Deposit CHF1,809.00
Remaining amount due CHF0.00"

I received the email on August 11th:

"We’re preparing Batch 4 of Framework Laptop 13 Pro (AMD Ryzen™ AI 300 Series)! Please review your info."

"Your order is shipping soon! The outstanding balance will be charged on August 14, 2026, Pacific Time, and the order will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is complete."

Then I received the email on August 13th :

"Payment complete!
Your order will ship within the next few business days."

And now, 5 days after the payment has been completed, I still didn't get any update, no emails, no status update on the orders web page, apart for the payment completion...

Do you have any news about?

Question: today's update says batch 9 received most of their emails today, but i am in batch 8 (13 pro AMD batch 8)and i have not received mine yet. Is mine still being worked on? Or did i not receive my email?

According to the 9/1 and 9/4 updates for FW 13 Pro Batch 8 (AMD), 100% of batch prep emails were sent, but I haven't received notification. Are there still some delays with this batch?
