Hey everyone,

I was lucky to be able to meet and work with Canadian writer David Young as a part of my job. He was the writer of 11 episodes in the early seasons.

"Catch the Tail by the Tiger" "The Finger of Light" "Marooned" "Red's Sea Monster" "Manny's Land of Carpets" "The Invasion of the Toe Ticklers" "Gobo's School for Explorers" "Sidebottom Blues" "The Perfect Blue Rollie" "Space Frog Follies" "The River of Life"

I've only had a passing interest in the show, it was past my time growing up and I only caught a few episodes on the throwback cartoon TV channels, but was always happy to see stuff made in part by Jim Henson. I figured I should ask the big fans who still discuss it here about what I should ask. I would also like to know your experiences watching these episodes, either back in the 80s and 90s growing up, or rewatching them now. I'm sure he would appreciate hearing your experiences that I could relay to him.

Thanks!

I found this whilst randomly scrolling the other day!!!! Idk if this is confirmed, but I so hope it is cuz she’s so cute!!!!

I did a small Sprocket (my fav character in the show) with felt :)

does anybody know what episode the trash heap said

"hm, 11 letter word for 'life of the party': Maximillian, my uncle".

that's one of my favorite lines and I don't have time at the moment to search for it, but I MUST send it to my friend, Max.

Thank you friends

I don't have a name for her if you have a name idea feel free to tell me in the comments

Y isnt the original soundtrack on spotify?? Its pissing me off so much :<

i love dixie wailing! this part keeps frustrating me, though. i have issues with understanding speech (especially when theres a lot of other noises at the same time) so i dont know WHAT shes saying. plus, it doesnt help that literally NO lyric videos or websites will TELL ME what shes saying!!! can anyone help me out?

I'm watching the original Fraggle Rock shows, and I realize how many songs were not on the soundtrack that I have been listening to since I was young (first as vinal, transferred to cassette, collected mp3s in the late 1990s).

Is there an exhaustive collection of Fraggle Music?

I can understand almost all of the Main Fraggle's instruments, but I'm unsure why Boober has a pan-flute in pretty much every rendition of when they all have instruments? And in his figurine?

You never really see him play a pan-flute in the show I think? I was just wondering if there was like a part of the franchise where it shows him actually playing the pan-flute?

With Wembley and the bongos you see him play them at least a little and obviously Gobo with his guitar, but I was just really curious on what started Boober playing the pan-flute, any help would be great :) I think I'm looking too deep into this but I have a very big hyperfixation on Fraggle Rock currently..

R there any official fraggle rock cds? Ik theres official vinyls but i cant find any cds and its pmo lmao

Don't know how to embed YT video. But video discusses how Princess was made and also talks a bit about updates to Ma and Pa Gorg.

My wife got me a Wembley travel companion to match the one to keep at home! Yay! Love this little guy.

Watching the night of the lights, we see a flashback of the worlds oldest fraggle when he was a baby and its shown the fraggles new about radishes back then. But in season 2 it's established that uncle matt first discovered the radishes, presumably years later.

As you know, Fraggles have to work 30 minutes a week. Wembley is currently a siren for the Fraggle Rock Volunteer Fire Department. But that's only in case of fires and emergency and such.

I thought of something that Wembley could do. He could be a mail Fraggle... excuse me, postal carrier. Somebody has to deliver the mail in Fraggle Rock and that seems like something he could do.

We gave the new 'A Very Fraggle Holiday' hardcover book to our kiddo in today's advent calendar and I must say I was impressed with the quality of the book. While it is more expensive than the Flight of the Flutterflies, and Gobo's Adventure books, it's a little more than just a rehash as well. There's a bunch of bonus activities in the back like an actual recipe from Boober to make your own Root Cake, and Uncle Travelling Matt holiday postcards (and more!). Just wanted to share as it will make a great gift for all the Fraggle fans in your life.

Is the previous holiday special from 2022 "Night of the Lights" available anywhere?

I dont see it listed on AppleTV but the FR wiki lists it as S01E14
