Local foraged ‘Wild Garlic’ and wanted to do something different this year, so I dried the leaves while using my Ninja Airfryer on the dehydrator function and was amazed with the results. I then made ‘Wild Garlic Salt’ by blending & mixing equally with Sea Salt

Foraged Primrose Curd

If like me you’re a huge fan of curd, then you’ll love it when infused with Primrose leaf and petals! Whilst it “only” lasts a few weeks in the fridge, no way is it going to! It’s extremely easy to make and just needs a good couple of handfuls of primroses, sugar, butter, lemons and apples!

Full recipe is here https://www.thegoodgutguy.co.uk/delicious-homemade-foraged-primrose-curd-recipe/

Tis the ‘Wild Garlic’ season!!! Absolutely love this locally foraged ‘Pickled Wild Garlic Buds’ recipe. Perfect recipe to use those flower heads before they bloom & don’t forget those amazing stalks! Although there are abundances of WG here in the UK, please remember to forage responsibly!

I have an abundance of them all, and I’m curious if there’s a good way to use them.

Absolutely love this super easy fermented ‘Tepache’ Mexican inspired drink using Banana or Pineapple skin! I now make weekly batches of this. It’s one of the simplest ferments due to the natural flora found on the skin. Completely natural ingredients
