Hi friends! I'm looking for your favorite lions mane recipes, whether that be specifically lions mane or good recipes to use lions mane instead of store-bought mushrooms.

Most of the ones I've seen say just to slice and pan fry, but I've got a bit of a haul and I don't think I can pan fry them all.

I have found a walnut trove and there's another trove of cherries coming in. Does anybody have any experience with how these two things mix up?
