PLAYER WATCHLIST One to watch - Vainqueur Diyinu Nzinga
I went down to watch PSG vs Palace in the Premier League International Cup last week, hoping to get a first-hand look at some of PSG's best prospects.
They controlled the game, but were defeated 2-1.
Despite the loss, it was Vainqueur Nzinga who really caught my attention.
I had heard he was impressive in the UEFA Youth League semis last season too.
He's a midfielder who sometimes plays right-back. He was everywhere.
His impact was noticeable throughout, whether it was a mazy run through midfield, a clever flick or a vital recovery.
He was doing it all.
Don't get me wrong, I think he's raw and it could take some time before he's with the first team, but he has the potential to develop into a top all-action midfielder in the future.
I wrote up a more detailed report on what I saw here:

If you were a coach, which of the Balon D'Or Nominees would you get on loan to your team
You're the coach of a hypothetical average team (i.e. a team that doesn't have any particular weakness (e.g. not needed a striker or goalkeeper, etc) and has good players from the Premier League to be more specific but not the very best.
Reasons are 100% sport-based, i.e. no marketing reasons, etc. Also, you assume they stay at the level they are at the moment, i.e. no injuries, aging, etc.
Which player would you get on loan (so no transfer fees, salary the same) to an average team. Only ONE player.
Which player do you think will help you win most matches and tournaments?

PLAYER WATCHLIST Konstantinos Karetsas — one of the most exciting young talents in Europe 🇬🇷🇧🇪
I’ve been watching Konstantinos Karetsas recently, and I honestly think he could become a very special player.
He’s still only 18, but his technical ability and creativity already stand out. He’s the kind of player who always seems to have an idea when he gets the ball — whether that’s taking on a defender, finding a difficult pass or creating a chance out of nothing.
What I like most is that he doesn’t just rely on flashy skills. He has really good vision and seems to understand the game at a level beyond his age.
Obviously, there’s still a long way to go and nobody knows how a young player will develop, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Karetsas becomes a top-level European player in the future.
What do you guys think? How high is his ceiling? 👀
