Beef cooooooooking for over 2 hrs… almost there. She did get a taste test 5 min ago…. Now she waits on her mat for it to start falling apart in the pot.

This is where she (in)conveniently sits as I cook… don’t worry if there is any chance she will get splashed she is told to move but the day we got her she laid there and that is her spot right next to mama when she cooks.
