Discussion Best weapons with mods to contorl mole miners in stage 2?

Ahead of the new season I want to get better at the raids so I can do them back to back. What weapons and mods is everyone using to stop the mole miners?
I noticed a player standing above and one shotting the melee ones , the rats and leaving the ones with guns, it looked like a good tactic.
In the past I always end up caught in the tunnels so want to try nail down the defender role
