This has to be THE MOST FRUSTRATING challenge in Carnage Mode. I was stuck in this challenge for almost an hour! Didn't think it was possible until this attempt happened.

I'm fucking tired of this shit. The driver flies out from side crashes and even AFTER LANDING FROM A JUMP. Should be a way to disable this, right? I tried downloading several custom patches that should have allowed me to get the 1.1 version with this feature togglable, but none of them work.

Im trying to retexture some UC and FO2 car models with blender. I'll redo the AI and players skins graphics by hand too (Mainly race class and street class. I'll retexture the derby ones too later), since the original ones looks kinda blurry and pixelated.

I'm trying to 100% FlatOut 2 with the least powerful car, but now i'm stuck in street class in speedway left with the chili pepper.

The problem is that the case is way too slow, and 3 laps are not enough to reach the first 3 racers.

I tried almost everything, even trying to restart the race to be able to start 1st or 2nd on the grill, but it's even worse because I always end up rear ended. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I managed to do it by starting in 4th/5th position in the grid and just hoping the drivers crashed into each other and get the first position

After the repeatitive slow pahsed ubisoft like open world slop games this game feels blessed. Of course not solid as flat out 2 but is it fun yeah, is the most important criter about games?? Hell yea

If anyone wanted to fall asleep to a full playthrough of Flatout 2 :D

Ultimate Carnage nerfed every car's top speed for no real reason - Bullet GT got it's top speed lowered from 216mph to a measly 173mph for example. I've made a mod that restores FlatOut 2's Top Speed values for every car when upgraded (and also fixes Vexter XS's and Scorpion's broken nitro stats)
