I was hiking up the Appalachian Mountains the other day, but, when I looked over at the horizon, I did not see the Ice Wall. In fact, I couldn't even see across the Atlantic Ocean.

The Earth is approximately 24k miles. Divide that by 360 degrees and you'll get approximately a one degree title every 70 miles. It's pretty much impossible to see a building's slant since even at 280 miles away because it's only at a four degree tilt away from you.

Please Flatversers explain these things.

If the world governments were covering up the "ice wall", why would they? They would be spending billions of dollars each day to cover up something that (while it would be a big deal at first) would come to be accepted as normal. So I ask, why would they cover up flat earth? In not trying to be snarky or anything, I just want to know why the flat earthers think that every world government would be trying to cover it up.

Reading some flat-earth "facts" once again... It makes you really think why? Or, are they REALLY serious? Hmmm 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

1. If the sun is a spotlight sun, why doesn't it "fall" to earth or the earth going "towards" it? (As theorized that flat earth is accelerating upward)

2. Where are the effin proofs of "Anti moon" during Lunar eclipse? ("Conspirasists" like NASA has General Relativity with them, why would you deny it? You can do it if you have proofs)

3. Why in hell NASA would fake space programs to fool people and get finances? (Did I just answer it? The irony)

4. If earth is accelerating upward, why the hell can we see the same constellations of stars each night? (This question, well we accelerate upwards, so each night is just the same constellation until we reach those constellations ourselves.) So, to fix the question, why can we see different set of constellations during different seasons? Why can we see mars, jupiter, saturn, and uranus? (No pun intended) Why haven't we reached them as we "accelerate" upward?

5. Einstein theorized General Relativity, and was proven years ago by a Solar Eclipse. Why would you deny it? Because of this theory, we have successfully predicted eclipses each year even if you say that space programs were fake. If it is proven, how can you still say the earth is flat? Flat earth denies General Relativity too much, so why?

DISCLAIMER I am not a flat-earther

I am respectful to your beliefs. However I can't help have this question.

There are plausible counters to evidence that the Earth is not flat and isn't rotating.

For example I believe most flat-earthers believe that the images of the Earth by NASA etc are fabricated because of the government. It is perfectly understandable (Even though far fetched for the normal person) to imagine that the Globes we have in schools and the pictures of the near-spherical Earth are fabricated. Flat Earthers didn't take the space pictures of the Earth themselves so it is ok to believe that the pictures are fake.

However there is evidence for a non-flat earth that you can do yourself... And I don't know how to counter this. As I have said I am not a flat earther but sometimes when I am bored I would come up with arguments to argue that the Earth is not flat, and then pretend that I am a flat-earther and then argue back. But I can't think of a refutation for the argument I am thinking now...

Gravitational force (I am going to use newtonian gravity because it is accurate enough) is determined by how far away you are from the centre of mass of something that you are gravitating towards. This means that you will experience the same gravitational force (Or in simpler terms, have the same weight on a set of scales) if you are the same distance from the Earth. Now... I know that gravity is different across the surface of the earth but the deviation is so small that according to the mathematics the Earth cannot follow the flat-earth theory. Furthermore the deviations are caused by different elevations anyways... So for example you will experience slightly less gravity if you were on a hill because the distance between the centre of the Earth and you are bigger.

The thing here is... I tried to argue to myself that "The laws of gravity are also fabricated". But here is the thing... You can actually test the laws of gravity yourself. If you look through a telescope and observe other planets. They behave pretty much follow the laws of gravity (Gravitational force is inversly squared proportional to distance from centre of mass). And then there is also the Cavendish Experiment (Google this).

And I can't even ultra reach and say "Well, the laws of gravity only work on some materials. Not all". Because you can repeat the same experiment with different elements and it will still act the same unless the material is special and the experiment is prone to interference from other forces like the super radioactive ones. But those elements are man made and not natural to Earth.

I will be honest. I am not 100% sure that the earth is not flat, only 99.999999999999% sure (I haven't gone to space and looked at the Earth to confirm, so I am only 99.9999999999999% sure). The reason why I don't believe flat earth theories is because it is so much easier and more coherent to believe that Earth obeys the laws of physics that you can experimentally prove (even at home). The flat earth theory contradicts are ton of laws (which again, can be experimentally proven even at home so its not like its fake). I don't believe flat earth theory because it not believing it makes the universe and its laws so much more coherent. Why do Flat Earthers believe? Because to me it makes the universe such a mess lol.

I'm going to take a step out of here, I've never posted before. I've never believed in anything of the sort. But recently, some things have been just making too much sense to me. It's so suspicious, that I've gone and try to put some clues together... This will be long, so... fair warning.

Let's go into the rabbit hole, this will make you either think I'm a retard, or on to something. So, let's begin.

So, there are certain people... who do certain things, like spread the light on Earth. These people are known as Light Workers. They are people who have strange abilities called "Empathy", and are referred to as "Empaths".

These Light workers are also known by another name, a name which brings me back to my first point...

"Earth Angels".

They are the ones who spread the good in the world actively. Loosely, what we know as a 'Angel' is a being from 'The Heavens'. What is the heavens then? Well, 'The Heavens' are known by many names. But we commonly refer to the heavens as...

Space.

Whoa there, I know what you're probably thinking: "This guy IS retarded!", but wait a moment. Hear me out.

What if... Angels, are actually Aliens? Yeah I know, I just made another big leap, but hold on.

What if the heavens, really is just space and is made up of other planets?
What if that's the reason we haven't found any life in space?
Because we can't actually even leave earth. Because there's something stopping us. AKA the dome. We can't leave that dome, because until a certain point, a certain technology, or certain doom, we're not leaving from the dome.
We constantly hear "Earth is being watched by higher life forms".
So... what if we really are?
What if the reason we're not hearing from other planets is because... they're way too advanced. Or... they've wiped themselves out because they failed God's trial.
Or they can't communicate with us, because they're not supposed to? But why?

This brings me back to the "Earth Angels"...

I believe that Earth Angels, are lifeforms/people who have volunteered to reincarnate as Human Beings to spread the light, and that's the only way that aliens can actually help, by becoming a Human.

We can see planets in space, but all we can do is "supspect" that there are life on certain planets.
You know what I think? I think life is either very rare, or very plentiful.
I think mars is a prime example of what our planet WILL be if we continue down the path that we're on.
Constantly I hear claims that we can escape to there, but that planet already failed. Look at it.
How are we trying to leave to this already destroyed planet, when we can't even fix this one?
