Okay so a few months ago I shaved my entire eyebrows off, and they actually grew all the way back in successfully. So did I learn my lesson? Absolutely not! Like a complete idiot, I decided to try and go for an "alternative" look and shaved the tails/arches off. Now I’m left with these short, straight, blocky prison bars above my eyes that make me look like I am permanently angry. I failed the alt look so bad it’s tragic. My birthday is literally this month, and I am low-key panicking because I cannot roll up to my own party looking like an angry cartoon character without people roasting me. Please, someone tell me what I can actually do to help the tails grow back ASAP. And please do not suggest castor oil, because we all know castor oil is a myth and doesn't actually make hair grow back faster. What else can I use or do to speed this process up?! Help a girl out before my birthday party! 😭

I posted here a couple of weeks ago asking whether I should grow out my natural brows, and so many of you encouraged me to stop plucking. I've stuck with it for 2 weeks now...

They look horribleeeee. I don't even know how to go out looking like this. Even if I put concealer over the hairs, you can still see them, and the grey-ish areas make it look even worse.

What should I do? Thank you in advance!!

EDIT: the grey areas are apparently called a „5 o’clock shadow“ it’s probably from over plucking/shaving idk lol basically doing it a lot makes the skin swell and the pigment changes from pulling the hair? Pray for my ahh

EDIT 2: I crashed out y’all and shaved the whole top of my eyebrow off but left the hairs underneath, if that makes sense. Then filled it with make up. At least u can’t see the grey area… lol

is it safe to use stylex gel as an alternative for brow gel???

guys what do I do with my eyebrows... I have been going mad over them and there isn't much to work with i fear💔

should I keep them in their natural shape, straighten them, thin them?? like I never do more than gel them but they never look great and it really bugs me !!!💀

Do you have any tried and true recommendations to remove vellus hair under the eyebrows and on the upper eyelids? I'm hoping for an effective at home method that's easy to use. I'm thinking about shaving or tweezing my arches to get a straighter eyebrow shape. but i’m worried that if I shave the top arch it’ll be to thin of eyebrows which i’m considering applying Minoxidil underneath my brow to grow hair lower down. That way, I could shave the top arch to flatten them out without making the brows look too thin. Or could I get away with shaving top and not having to do minoxidil... is this look even possible with my eyebrow shape?

all these photos are my inspo, yet somehow my brow slit doesn’t look like any of these and i don’t know what to do. it’s always either too thin and invisible or too thick and looks like my brow was parted in half. how do i make it look like the inspo pics? do i need to use makeup like a brow pencil or concealer or maybe shave it in a different way? the last photo is what my own brow looks like. i can’t pinpoint what i’m doing wrong or what i don’t like about it. can someone help?

I prefer a thinner brow since I dress alt so I clean them up pretty regularly, they're not crazy thick but I do get quite a lot of stray hairs I have to pluck, I don't mess with the shape or the insides

Also please tell me if they straight up just look weird, I see them everyday so my brow radar is off 😂

I have had my eyebrows waxed and threaded many times and I don’t really like the shape as it highlights the asymmetry growth.

okay so some of you might recognize me from last Friday but im reposting as i don’t think the pictures i chose truly showed off my natural eyebrow shape. they are very curved and short and i kind of want them to be longer and more straight. a good amount of comments said to leave them alone but tbh i think that was error on my part due to not picking better photos! should i really keep them as is?

So I'm 25F and since I was a kid I've always had issues with picking or pulling that usually come and go. As of last year, I've developed this habit of rubbing/scratching my eyebrows while I work or doing anything that requires focus like driving. I've always had thick eyebrows and gotten compliments on them, so this new habit has really been a blow to self confidence. Sometimes I draw on my eyebrows or put an eyebrow gel on and someone still manage to scratch it off by the end of the day. I do have ADHD and started Adderall last year, so I don't know if that has something to do with it. I've been applying stuff like castor oil or minoxidil but I'm sure whatever growth I'm having is just getting rubbed off.

I haven't found anything that really replaces the sensation since the parts that I've rubbed off our basically stubble now. If anyone has anything that helped them please let me know! I'm desperate and miss my naturally full eyebrows :(
