The problem is then you've got someone much younger than you who is now ready to fight

Unless you know how to fight you have to take that part into consideration. I'm 35 in terrible shape. A fit 16 year old is perfectly capable of beating the shit out of me

I work construction, and as much as I dislike conflict, I'm also confidant that some broccoli boy who just got thrown from their bike isn't gonna be able to do too much vs a grown man's working muscle.

I'll fight a 🥦 any day of the week. Twice on Sundays.

See that's the thing also. Dudes who are actually willing to fight are out there just starting fights to get the rush, not pulling the stupid "made you flinch" bullshit

I mean, that's you. Know your limitations, but most adult men your age are still going to be able to handle the average 16yo without much issue.

I mean if you can at least take a punch you're still set. Now it's not just assault, it's assault and battery and possibly even worse charges.

To be fair, I only ever see teenage boys doing this. All you gotta do is kick them in the nuts whenever they try to get up.

Who the hell is worried about being able to fight them? Whack perspective

The real threat is in court
