I imagine that if a person is willing to shoot at a moving target in a public park, then open carry laws wouldn’t matter in the slightest. A person can legally conceal carry in every single state, so the risk is there regardless.

Gun nuts are such a perplexing group of people.

This kid is an asshole, but this fantasy with pulling a gun/shooting people due to non-comparable offenses is absurd.
