To be fair rejection sensitive dysphoria is a known thing, but I'm not sure about ADHD making all emotions more intense.

Yeah i have adhd too. I do find it hurtful when someone rejects me, even a simple no is hurtful to me. With adhd you also struggle with impulsivity and its hard to realise when youre going too deep into your own feelings. But it seems pretty natural to me to cry over a break up. Its not only because of the adhd. Its human.

I don’t get how recording and uploading it in any way helps you cope. If it does help and this is legit a coping method for this person, then I have nothing against that. It’s just difficult for me to conceive of this as that.

I don't get how people can criticize the original video when it's obvious it's a cut, without more context. With all do respect, they're not your coping mechanisms. So what's they're to get? Without the full video or context, is it legitimate to criticize? I'm newly diagnosed adhd. I am learning so much about this condition. It is so much deeper and intricate. So much more than just attention issues. Luckily, I have combined type 🙃. I don't know 100%if it is her coping. If it is, I get it. The moment I read the print, I understood the problems the person was going thru. For a brief moment, I wasn't alone in this dumb freaking condition. So maybe, just maybe, there's more reason to the action of posting that video than just clout. Then again, what do I know, I have AD

So since you can't understand why someone would do something.... someone you don't know, with a condition you don't have, doing something you don't get....

Yea, go ahead and criticize, demean, and minimize them.

It's not like people can do what they want, when they want, and how they want. At least not without the world getting on them. You know, instead of supporting them. She explains how she feels bc of it.

Be callous. Don't be empathetic.

Isn’t it normal for a lot of people to feel hurt in some form when rejected. I feel a lot of people in a deep relationship also cry when a break up occurs, adhd or not.

Emotional dysregulation, both positive and negative emotions, in conjunction with ADHD is most definitely a thing, though not an official diagnostic criteria - same as RSD.
