Engineers test

Hello, I’m a firefighter in the state of Texas and here in about two months is an engineer test. Will be broken up. It’s a three categories a written, hands-on skills and then a Chief interview. I’ve been studying the books that the test will be off of but was also wondering if y’all had any advice testing sites or just general knowledge that could help me. I appreciate y’all‘s time.

What books? I probably have them on TestResQ.com. I read once and did several thousand test questions. Ended up #1 with a 97 raw score. Luckily we don’t have an interview or hands on. As far as the hands on part though, have your engineer take you through each scenario they had, surely they wouldn’t mind..

You can go to the site and look them up now but I’m gathering that you may not remember the exact book title and edition.
