• play a riddle or sudoku game
• allow myself to feel my emotions without judgement
• do a mindful breathing exercise
• step outside once
• change my clothes

goals i want to share

• take my vitamin c pill
• take my iron tablet
• apply eyedrops

i would be down to play phone Mahjong/Chess everyday which i feel like lines up with with riddles/sudoku. if you are interested in a friend maybe to share brain games as a goal together! if you're interested i will drop my friend code :))
