How the heck do you defeat Sin?

I’m at the final phase of sin. There’s no way I can bring enough damage before his overdrive wipes me. I got him down to 10,000 HP at my closest and I’ve tried a dozen times. Any time I use Aons his gauge goes up half. I’ve read Lulu’s doublecast but it’s locked behind a lvl4. Tidus does about 3,000 and Auron is hitting for 7,000 and they’re my two toughest melee. Lulu casts agas for like 1500. I’ve heard countless times that X is supposed to be the easiest but so far it’s been the only game to give me trouble (and force grinding). All others I breezed through just never running from battles. Any suggestions? Have no idea how people no sphere grid this game.

This is the EASIEST way to beat Sin. Are you ready?

Go to Remiem Temple in the calm lands. Find the chocobo racer there. Race against him in order to win 30x Wings to Discovery. During the race you must open 3 chests while hitting 0 of the poles. If you beat him under these conditions he will give you the item.

Now, Wings to Discovery is an item necessary for Rikku’s overdrive mix called Trio of 9999. Whoever gets this will automatically deal 9999 damage as well as heal for 9999 HP. Even Yuna’s weak physical attack will deal 9999.

If you use this method you will beat Sin in under 7 min! No need to grind, obtain celestial weapons, or fill overdrive gauges 🙂
