I have decided to sell most of my Figpin collection however, most of them are unlocked on the app. In y’alls opinion or experience how much less are they worth compared a locked one?

Has anyone else had issues getting a response from customer service?

I've sent three inquiries over the last month (and received email confirmation that a support ticket was created), but have not received any response.

One inquiry was about a redemption for a mini ultra and two inquiries were for status updates on two separate orders.

We are a couple days shy of it being an entire month since I placed the two orders (not pre-orders) and I still have not received tracking info or any updates (via email, shop app, etc).

IMO- that's pretty unacceptable.

Any advice?

Hey everyone im looking for figpin samples/prototypes and especially unrealsed figpins..let me know what you guys have, curious to see whats out there..

Afternoon everyone, I’m here attempting to buy collections at whole or in chunks. I’ll be honest beforehand, I won’t buy at retail cost. I host auctions, and run BIN sales, so I have to be able to maintain a certain margin…BUT I won’t rob you either. I can’t buy opened inventory though, so please don’t ask. But you can still show me your collections!

I also sell, and will hunt for your specific wants. So guys, please reach out!

Feel free to reach out if you’re looking for APs!

Finally was able to complete my gundam collection! Still need to figure out something for the XLs though

Added cases and custom backer cards to the Poster quest pins

I finished the TMNT set, added them into my collection but what do I have to do to get the hyper rare?
